This meeting is to collect officer reports and get updates on events from stewards. Please note this meeting is business oriented and not a social gathering. The agenda will be posted before the meeting, when possible. This meeting is open for all to attend; however, speaking priority will be given to officers and to those who have reached out to be put on the agenda ahead of time. Please contact Kaci Jo (tedsquwak@gmail.com) if you wish to be added to the agenda. We intend to, loosely, use Roberts Rules of Order to keep on track. The goal is to have these meetings be as short as possible with all the information needed to keep the barony running smoothly.
